Is it poossible for a girl to join in PSU through GATE?
I have completed my graduation in mechanical engineering with an aggregate of 87.92% and preparing for gate 2016. I would like to know the opportunity for girls to get into psu through gate score.

You can join any PSU after you have appeared for GATE and scored well. There is no bar for female engineers.

Hi Revathi, absolutely yes. Now days Government encourage equal opportunities for women candidates. Even in its employment advertisement it announces fair & equal opportunities for female candidates. Don't keep any doubts in your mind. Just prepare well for your entrance & wish you all the very best
