No, NIA requires CAT 2012 or XAT 2013 or CMAT score for admission.
You may aaply and appear for Feb CMAT. Last date to apply for Feb CMAT is 9th Jan 2013.

Yes it is possibility to do MBA without any Entrance exam some colleges provide this facility..........Good Luck
