Is it possible for a BE graduate to teach in first and second PUC?

Hi, If the basics of the BE graduate are proper, they can surely teach. I myself have taught 1st and 2nd year PU students for 2 years after completing BE. Now, 2 problems arise in this regards based on my own experience. 1. Most of the schools have eligibility criteria of B.Ed. for the job of a teacher which is a problem for engineers (as I didn't have that). But, you will also find some schools which do not require B.Ed. or provide a time frame of 3 years to 5 years to complete your B.Ed. degree. 2. More than what is being taught, how the students are being managed, matters. They won't let you teach and you can't hit them as it's against the law and they aren’t kids.
