Medical Biotechnology refers is the application of biotechnology in the medical field. The healthcare sector is propelled by biotechnology companies, which also regularly contribute significantly to the advancement of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, diagnostic tools, vaccines, and biologics.
Although Biotechnology graduates can work in a hospital lab, most hospital lab employees have backgrounds in medical technology rather than Biotechnology. Nonetheless, biotechnology graduates do find work in medical settings.
