Is it possible for a BPO employee to work as well as study for an I.A.S exam?

I recently completed 28 years of my life. I am looking forward to give UPSC exams and my question is it is possible for me to balance between my BPO job and IAS studies? If yes, how it is possible to clear UPSC exam in only 2 years time period along with my job at BPO sector? any advice?
