Is it possible for a BTech in CSE student to pursue a Masters in Health Informatics? I do not have a biology background in the 12th too.

Yes, it is possible. Many universities accept BTech CSE graduates into MSc Health Informatics programs. Biology is not always required as many MSc Health Informatics programs focus on IT, data and systems, and applications in healthcare as opposed to simple clinical sciences.
