Is it possible for a Keralite to get admission through TANCET?

My TANCET 2018 normalised marks are 56.667.

    Yes, other State candidates can also appear for TANCET. However, the eligibility conditions is not same in their case. Details: https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/exams/tancet.
