is it possible for a student to enter in a counslling who got 150000th rank in upsee entrance exam
my frnd got 150000th rank in upseeexam and he got 77% in 12th exam is he eligible to apply for admission in btech college .if yes then through counseeling or direct to the college

no,it isn'i possible. u can get admission through management quota in many uptu colleges.
