Is it possible for a student who do not know English to study abroad?

It is possible to do such a study in non-English nations, provided you know the local language and you are otherwise eligible.The question however is hypothetical , as we all know some English in India, if we are reasonably educated.

No it is not possible for student who do not know english to study abroad, please remember the medium of education in universities abroad is english.
So if a student who do not know english cannot understand what the teacher is teaching, it will be a problem for them to communicate with other
