Yes, candidates can change IELTS exam date if needed. But they must fill the Test Date Transfer & Cancellation Form and give proper documents. The request should reach the IELTS test centre at least 5 weeks before the original test date. After this time, no change is allowed.
The new IELTS date depends on availability and is decided by the test centre. An administrative fee of INR 3,150 is charged for changing the date.

Yes, it is possible for candidates to change their IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam dates. However, the Request for Transfer of Test Date application must be supported by adequate and required supporting documents/evidence, without which the application will not be considered. The decision of the centre will be final and binding on the candidate.
