is it possible for me to do M.A in psychology without doing my B.A in the same from the mumbai univ.? i m doing B.A in sociology.

i have a genuine interest in psychology and i have been a biology student in my junior college days. due to some unfortunate circumstances i have taken up sociology. pls ans my query
