Meena, For doing any PG degree not only MBA, you need to be graduate, So let there be any no. of years experience but you have to meet the basic qualification criteria....on the basis of only diploma I dont think so that you can go for MBA....

it is not possible because the eligibility of admission in MBA is graduation with 50% marks
