Is it possible for me to get study visa to pursue graduation in Australia? I did my 12th in 2013 with 60% and 10th with 64% in 2010.

Hi Gaurav, if you meet the admission requirements you can apply to the universities, get the admission offer and apply for the visa. Your grades are okay for Australia. You must also take the IELTS. If you had work experience you must show valid documents too.
