Is it possible for me to join (lateral entry) B.Tech after this diploma course?

Dear Mithunraj,
Only after completing diploma engineering in any branch, there's not any other diploma course. You can get admission in 2nd year of engineering. For that, you will have to appear in LEET exam conducted by each state govt. & some deemed universities also.
