Is it possible for me to land in some other province if I have student visa based of offer letter from one of the Universities in Montreal?

If I want to go to Calgary before going to Montreal on student visa based on the offer letter from one of the Universities in Montreal, is it possible? Can I complete my immigration process in Calgary?

It will be a complicated process, you can change your university within the same province but a different province will be challenging. Each province also has their own education rules so you better check with CIC or an authorized visa personnel before you land yourself in trouble. Read some informa
