Is it possible for me to pursue a degree in Bangalore (Karnataka)?

My 10th percentage is 75% and PUC is 60%. I have done my PUC in Andhra Pradesh.

Yes, you can but you need to check with the university eligibility criteria as some of the university will ask you to attend entrance exams for admission.
