Is it possible for me to pursue automobile desiginging after completing 12th from commerce stream?

I want to do AUTOMOBILE DESIGNING and in that animation so can i do from commerce stream .after 12th. i dont want to do automobile engineering . I WANT TO PURSUE AUTOMOBILE DESIGNING.
