Is it possible for me to pursue B.Tech? I did my Diploma in civil engineering in 2010 and I am currently working as a site engineer.

Aamit,
Yes, it is possible by submitting a gap certificate stating the reason for gap in studies.
Admission to B.Tech lateral entry i.e. 2nd year of B.Tech is conducted by tests like LEET, which enables you to get admission in Govt.institutes.
Private universities like LPU, Chitkara, Manipal, etc
