Is it possible for me to pursue B.Tech through open mode without attending classes? I am in class 12th right now.

You are asking about a NON Attending Mode which is ethically and legally not possible. Some Business Houses (Named Colleges) are doing this to earn money. But in this answer or at Shiksha, we shall not entertain this question.
