Is it possible for me to study Masters in CS in Canada, Australia or Germany with 6 overall score in IELTS?
My IELTS score is L: 6 , R : 6.5, W : 5.5 , S : 5.5 and overall 6. I have 3 years of experience in IT sector, passed B.Tech in IT with 73%, 12th from CB with 85% and 10th from CBSE with 80%.

It may be possible, you can write to the university if you can apply with these scores. Under certain cases if they see the profile overall is strong they do consider. However, it is good if you meet the university specific requirements so that there is no visa issues later.
