Is it possible for me to transfer my college from SRM University, Tamil Nadu to a local college in Andhra Pradesh?
I stopped my 3rd year 2 years ago. Is there any arrear restriction? Should I continue or drop?

Yes, you can, after getting TC and NOC from the university.
