Is it possible for my son to pursue computer science engineering? He completed his 12th from commerce stream but want to pursue CSE now.

    Your son cannot do engineering unless he reappear in 10+2 with physics, chemistry and maths as subjects. BCA-MCA is the only option available to him to become a computer software engineer. He will face challenges in selecting a good university if he does not have Maths as a subject in 10+2. In case he does not have maths in 10+2, you may evaluate Symbiosis University for BCA-MCA.

    Your son cannot pursue engineering as he has not done his 12th with science but if you want him to do computer studies then you can ask your son to take admission in BCS.

    A commerce student is not eligible to get admission in B.Tech program, so it's better to look for some other options.
