Is it possible for Phd candidate to migrate to another university ?

I have enrolled in Phd course in 2011 as now im in fifth year but university have imposed some conditions in 2014 which was not there when i was enrolled. So im confused whether to continue with this university or to migrate to another university because as new rule doesnt allow to submit thesis.

Hi Tejinder, Yes you can migrate to another college but of the same university. Migration is possible between the colleges of the same university. Though it is quite difficult to migrate to some different university. However, it is advisable to contact the institutes official to get the exact deta
