Good to know you are aware about the pros and cons of a 3 year degree and a 4 year degree. The information you have heard is very much authentic i.e. you need a 4 years degree or equivalent in order to pursue your MBA in the US. You can either pursue a BBA and then pursue a post graduate

Its not the thing that ONLY 4 years grad can go for MBA ... even 3 years Grad also opt for it.
IF your ultimate goal is HARVARD i'd suggest you to look forward with there 2+2 Program for MBA.

complete your graduation in good percentage . prepare your cat/mat/xat test and try for mba
