There is no relation between a person being a fresher and the package offered. It varies from company to company and also on the individual capabilities that the final offers are made. -
Package is given as per the job profile and candidates overall personality. Company chooses which range package to be given to student. It can be anything from Rs.10 lacs to Rs.20 lacs. -
What package you get is only dependent upon you and your profile. If you constantly built your CV with certifications and win competitions and gain knowledge and develop your personality you can easily bag a package of Rs.15 lpa or above in SIBM
