Is it possible that even after scoring 99.23 percentile, I won't get a call from any of the IIMs?

Quite possible, as CAT percentile is not the only parameter considered by IIMs. In fact there are colleges like IIM Indore which gives less than 30% weightage to CAT, and the rest to your profile.
