Is it possible that I study mechanical engineering (1st year) and prepare for JEE Mains to appear for it again the next year?

  • Hello,
    There are 3 attempts for JEE main and 2 attempts for JEE Advanced. So, you may appear for the JEE Mains for the second time while doing a Bachelor's degree. But, you may have to discontinue your b.tech if you get a good NIT in JEE Mains.
    Since, JEE Mains and advanced exams are conducted only once in a year, you can appear the next year only.
