Is it possible to appear in UGC-NET during 2nd semester of my master degree ?
I am in 1st semester of mcom. I am thinking of appearing the NET in June, 2016. Different sites have different information.

Hi Antara,
NET-National Eligibility Test. NET exam is conducted by the UGC(University Grants Commission) two times in a year i.e this exam held in the month July and December.
Eligibility details:-
The applicant must have to complete Post-graduation in with at least 55% of marks from a recognized

Monisha Barua ma'am, you mean to say that I can only appear for UGC NET in my final year of M.Com i. e in the 3rd as well as 4th semester.
