    Hello,
    Yes, you can do this course if you fulfill the following eligibility.
    Eligibility: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination by a recognized board and B.Sc physics with 50% or above marks in aggregate. The candidate must have passed B.Sc. (General/Programme/B.Sc).

    There are two ways to do M.Sc- One is Integrated M.Sc of 5 years which is done after 12. And other is only M.Sc of 2 years which is done by applying in JAM after having a Bachelor degree.
    You are eligible for the second (By JAM)
