Is it possible to apply without ILETS for conditional offer letter?

I am pursuing my B.E degree from computer science and engineering department with aggregate of 65.55% and will finish my degree by next month. My passport is under processing because of which I can't apply for any English language proficiency test.

Hi Saurav, You can start applying to universities without an IELTS score but whether you will get conditional offer or not will depend on the university. Many universities won't check your application till you submit your IELTS score and all other components but will allow you to submit the form,
