Is it possible to become a doctor if I have commerce in my class 12th?

Commerce stream is different from medical stream.These are separated from each other,So there is not a possibility to study medical Science.

sure.......just do intermediate again with PCB and you will achieve your goal

It is not possible. To become a Dr. you should study 12th with Science and entrance exam score of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB).
Other way to have Dr. before your name is doing Ph.d. (Doctorate of Philosophy). For this you should be graduate, then postgraduate with good experience and res
