It's not at all important and doesn't matter what complexion u have. All u need is the right attitude and the x factor. you are good to go young lady. and trust me, I hv been a crew for more than a handful number of years -
colour doesn't matter to become an air hostess.
there are many air hostesses that have dark complexion. so do not worry about your complexion. just remember to maintain your natural Beauty dear.!!! All the best for ur future dear.
