Is it possible to change college after lockdown untiI i continue in the current college

Asked about University of Mumbai [MU] - Discontinued (Dec 2023)- B.Sc. in Mathematics

I'm promoted to Ty bsc microbiology.I've a kt in sem 2 in one paper and due to covid19 the exams got canceled.right now admissions are started and no colleges are showing any kind of admission for outsiders.wanted to know if I can take admission in the current college and later can I change college.
