Is it possible to change college and get admission in the 2nd semester?
I have not completed my first semester of engineering in VTU because of my bad health.

Hi Likhita,
Yes, if you have two or three backlogs, then you can appear for 2nd semester. If you are thinking to change the college, then it is not possible.
