Is it possible to change colleges in next year?
Im currently studying in pccoe,pune @BE but .i want to move to govt autonomous jalgaon or amravati.so is it possible to change from next year or i have to take drop this year and make a fresh start from next year.

You can change the college depending upon the availability or seats in that particular college. It all at the discretion of college to admit you or not.
