Is it possible to change my college and course? I am in B.Sc first year in a private college but I want to do BBA.
I have my original 10th and 12th marksheets and migration certificate as well, but not transfer certificate. TC is necessary.

Yes, it is possible. Try enquiring if it is possible to use those transfer credits from your first year you had from B.Sc. To make the admission easy, if it is at the same college.
