Is it possible to change my university in the 2nd-year after completing the 1st-year with 60% marks?

I am a 1st-year student of B.Tech (affiliated to Kurukshetra University). Is there any other option of changing the university?

Yes, it is possible only in deemed universities. Condition may apply, some universities (deemed only) only allow to those students who are from a genuine family case/issues suddenly along with this, student secured higher percentage, only then a student can get a chance to change the university after 1st year.
    Good luck.
