Is it possible to complete BA in one-year? What is the difference between one-year and three-year BA?

Dear
As per UGC guidelines, every Bachelor degree having 3 years duration and Master for 2 years. If any university offer less duration Bachelor degree than degree is not valid and University recognition will be questionable.
