Ofcourse you can but in Canada, you will incur more to live than your education and for that, you should apply for a scholarship.

Yes, you can do it in that budget. Tuition fee for two years of MBA will be approximate around 18 to 20 Lacs. You need another 5 Lacs for the living expenses. -
Well, it depends on your choice of college because different colleges have different fee structure and also on your accommodation expenditure but for a rough idea you can complete your MBA in 20-25 lacs from a Tier 3 college and also from a few Tier 2 colleges.
