Is it possible to do 12th without doing 11th?

I passed 10th in 2014 and had to discontinue 11th due to health problems. It feels embarrassing to pursue 11th again thus I want to pursue 12th directly. I am also fine with going abroad to pursue 12th if it is not possible in India.

    don't ask in public .although its illegal bt nthng is impossible in india
