Is it possible to do any graduation with 1 subject still not completed in 10+2?

There are many students who will have a subject not completed in 10+2 standards. One subject may delay their aspiration of career progression by a year thus is it possible to join any graduation with one subject pending however will complete before entering the 2nd year of graduation.
