    Dear Mainak, Yes, it is possible. Check the website of LPU, the eligibility of B.Tech Lateral says-
    Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) (3 years after 10th) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or BCA or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST. Or
    In case marks scored in Diploma (engineering. ). Or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or BCA are 70% or above, then LPU-NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. Check the link below

    No, you can't do B.Tech after BCA, as you have passed class 12th with commerce. Because, for B.Tech, Maths is essential in class 12th.
