Is it possible to do company secretary along with degree course? I have completed my 12th with 70%.

You can go for CS along with your graduation, thereby saving sometime of yours.
You just have to study a bit harder, as you proceed with both the courses.
And about the 12th percentage, it would be required for you to get admitted in college for graduation.
