Is it possible to do computer Science/engineering course after doing Diploma in electrical engineering?

No, it's not possible to change the branch in engineering as Computer Science after completion of Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Candidates who have studied Diploma in Computer Science or Diploma in Information Technology (3 years duration) are only eligible to apply for BE or B.Tech in Computer

Yes, you can totally do B.Tech in CSE or a course in it. Lots of friends of mine have done the same. So there is going to be no problem.
