Every college has a different fee structure. Private colleges have high fees than government colleges. If you crack through government college then you have to pay less fee. However these days education loans are also available

Well, fashion is one of the most expensive field all over the world. So, I will suggest you to go for the government colleges only like NIFT and NIIFT they B.O.Th have a good reputation in the market. -
There are a few colleges which offer minimal fees but their reputation and placements might not be that good. If budget is your concern, I would suggest doing short courses from renowned universities. They would be relatively cheaper and hold good value for their certificates.
