Hi Ahfaz,
Indeed you can pursue Hotel Management after BE Civil.
If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management) then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with with 40%-50% in class 12th with English as one of the subjects plus you need to take entrance test condu
