Is it possible to do Masters in aeronautical as am from Computer Science background?

I'm Avinash completed graduation in Computer Science and Engineering and looking to opt for aeronautical in Masters. Is it possible to pursue such specialization which is totally out of background which I'd pursued in graduation. Help me!!
