There is no age limit for doing MBA. You can do full-time MBA or MBA by distance learning or MBA part time as per your personal conditions and choice. -

Dear,
You can apply for distance mode MBA programme because there is no age bar or percentage compulsion for it but in regular course, you should have 50% in graduation plus a management entrance exam score like MAT, CAT, XAT, NMAT or GMAT for top B-School.
