You can opt for an executive MBA.. Many colleges offer this course. This course is designed for people who work. Welingkar has an executive program. You can check that out..

No, it offers 2 years full-time MBA.
You may opt for part-time MBA from Institutes like SIBM Pune or Distance MBA from NMIMS School of Distance learning or IMT Centre for distance learning.
