Is it possible to do MCA in the same year or do I have to wait for the next year?
I have got placed in TCS and it runs two batches, one in July and the other in February. Unfortunately, I have got the February batch. However, TCS also offers BCA in SASTRA University.

You have to wait for the next year, as you are not having option to continue it in the same year.
